I provide individual therapy to adults who are experiencing a wide range of concerns including emotional struggles, problematic behaviors, difficult personality patterns, and relationship issues.
I have extensive experience in working with addictive and compulsive behaviors, particularly in the area of sexual addiction and compulsive use of internet pornography. I frequently work with clients who struggle with mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. I have also worked with a number of women and men who are healing from childhood trauma or abuse. Another area of specialization is working with men and women in ministry and religious life addressing some of the special challenges of this life.
I offer workshops on mental health issues, including depression, sexual addiction and internet pornography, and professional boundaries.
I can also provide psychological and personality assessments for adults.
